Business Correspondence with Focus on a Selected Type of Business Letter - Complaints

Abstract:

This Bachelor thesis deals with the process of a complaint, its detailed description, as well as with the analysis of a selection of complaint documents. Firstly, the theoretical part is dedicated to technical language with its structure and functions, then it pays closer attention to a business language and business letters. Second to this is the main topic of complaints, classified into this category. Furthermore, this thesis explains the terms and reasons for someone filing a complaint about purchased goods, as well as what exactly is necessary to do over this period of time. In addition, the specific types of demand notes are also explored. This includes how to write a business letter properly or what the assigned data in these documents is used for. All of this forms the first part of the thesis, while the second part concentrates on analysis of concrete examples. The results described in the first part of this thesis are put into practice, and the specialized technical words used here often are highlighted.

Diese Bachelorarbeit befasst sich mit dem Prozess der Reklamation, ihrer detaillierten Beschreibung und mit der Analyse der ausgewählten Reklamationsdokumente. Der theoretische Teil widmet sich erstens der fachlichen Sprache mit ihrer Gliederung und Funktionen, dann der näheren Orientierung auf die Wirtschaftssprache und auf den Geschäftsbrief. In dem folgenden Schritt wurde in dieses Umfeld das Hauptthema - die Reklamation - eingesetzt. Im Weiteren erkläre ich die Bedingungen und Gründe, die dazu führen, dass man Ware reklamiert und was dieser Verlauf eigentlich beträgt. Danach werden auch die Mahnungen erwähnt. Wie soll man einen richtigen Geschäftsbrief schreiben oder wozu dienen uns die Angaben, die in den Dokumenten pflichtgemäß angegeben müssen werden, das alles stellt der erste Teil dar, während der praktische Teil sich hauptsächlich auf die Erforschung der konkreten Beispiele konzentriert. Die bis jetzt beschriebenen Erkenntnisse wurden in die Praxis appliziert und die speziellen Fachwörter, die man hier oft benutzt, hervorgehoben.
