Hlavním tématem této bakalářské práce je aplastická anémie se zaměřením na diagnostiku a léčbu. Jsou zde také popsány vlastnosti a funkce krve, která úzce souvisí s tímto onemocněním, a další formy výskytu anémie. The main topic of this bachelor thesis is aplastic anemia, focusing on its diagnosis and treatment. The properties and functions of blood, which is closely related with this disease and other forms of aplastic anemia are described here also.
