První část práce se zabývá teoretickým zhodnocením oblasti sportovního práva a civilní odpovědnosti sportovců při sportovních úrazech. V druhé části práce analyzuji úpravu této problematiky v České republice a ve Španělsku. Následně obě zanalyzované úpravy komparuji. The first part deals with the theoretical evaluation of sports law and lability of athletes for sport injuries from perspective of the civil law.
