This bachelor thesis aims to make a financial analysis of the company Golf Resort Černý Most, a. s. over the years 2013-2017. The thesis can be divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. In the first part I describe the theory of financial analysis itself, its purpose, users, resources, methods, then I cover the theory of complex models as bankruptcy and creditworthy models.
