Abstract:

Vhodné rozvržení pracovní doby, zavádění flexibilních forem práce a poskytování dostatečné doby odpočinku jsou důležité předpoklady pro vytvoření příznivých pracovních podmínek vedoucích k spokojenosti zaměstnance i zaměstnavatele. Bakalářská práce se zabývá právní úpravou pracovní doby a doby odpočinku v zákoníku práce, porovnáním délky pracovní doby v České republice a ostatních zemích Evropské unie a dále hlavními flexibilními formami práce a jejich uplatněním v rámci Evropské unie. Cílem této práce je přiblížit pohled zaměstnavatelů na flexibilní formy zaměstnávání, popsat jejich hlavní výhody a nevýhody a dotazníkovým šetřením přiblížit pohled zaměstnanců na práci z domova a navrhnout její vhodné poskytování.

Abstract:

Suitable working time arrangements, implementation of flexible forms of work and a provision of sufficient rest periods are vital prerequisites for the creation of favourable working conditions leading to a satisfaction of both employees and employers. This bachelor thesis deals with the legal regulation of working hours and rest periods in the Labour Code, comparison of the duration of working hours in the Czech Republic and other countries of the European Union and furthermore deals with the main flexible forms of work and their application in the European Union. The aim of this thesis is to shed some light on the employers' view of flexible forms of employment, describe their main advantages and disadvantages and find out through questionnaires what the employees think about home-working and suggest its appropriate provision.
