Biological data ontologies focused on photosynthesis
Abstract:
Tato práce vznikla jako součást projektu e-photosynthesis. Jejím cílem bylo navrhnout a implementovat ontologickou databázi pojmů souvisejících s procesem oxidativní fotosyntézy a vytvořit uživatelsky přívětivé grafické rozhraní pro její editaci. Součástí práce je rovněž implementace nástrojů pro dávkovou aktualizaci databáze a export obsahu ontologie do souborů ve formátech OBO a OWL.
Abstract:
This thesis was developed as part of the e-photosynthesis project. The aim of the thesis was to design and implement an ontology database of terms associated with the process of oxygenic photosynthesis in green plants and algae, and to create a user-friendly graphical interface for its administration.
