Enhancing of Registered Capital in Joint Stock Company
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje nejen na samotnou charakteristiku metodiky zvyšování základního kapitálu akciové společnosti, ale i na nezbytné průvodní jevy, které s danou tematikou úzce souvisí. V závěrečné části bakalářské práce je již obsaženo určité kompletní shrnutí, zhodnocení a posouzení zjištěných poznatků vztahujících se k možnostem zvyšování základního kapitálu akciové společnosti.
Abstract:
This Bachelor’s thesis deals not only with the very characteristic of the methodology of increasing of the registered capital of a joint-stock company, but also with the necessary by-products, which are closely related to this issue.
