Anotace:

This bachelor thesis focuses on designing and developing a business plan for establishing a glamping site in the Czech Republic that combines luxury, sustainability with authenticity experience in nature. The work analyzes the tourism market, identifies key factors for success and provides strategies for marketing and financial management. The aim of this work is to provide a deep insight of the opportunities and challenges associated with the growing segment of tourism and propose plans and strategies for a sustainable glamping site that brings a new dimension of beautiful vacationing in nature.
