Abstract:

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je prezentace linky na výrobu písku, která se instalovala v závěru roku 2015 a splnila předpoklady výroby v praxi. Došlo i k některým negativním jevům, které zvyšují náklady na výrobu písku, konkrétně jsou to životnosti drtících elementů strojů a pancéřování jednotlivých částí linky a dopravních cest. Ve své bakalářské práci navrhnu možná opatření na eliminaci těchto problémů a představím pásový dopravník, jehož konstrukcí a výpočtem jsem se podílel na této lince.

Abstract:

Subject of this bachelor thesis is a presentation of sand-producing line, which was installed in the end of the year 2015 and passed the expectations. Nevertheless, after the production line was built a lot of problems appeared, all of the machines on the line needed to be upgraded, to be able to crush more abrasive materials, because of the price of the final product. In this thesis I will introduce the whole production line producing sand, all of the machines and components and reveal the problem with crushing which happened after the line was placed. I will also present the conveyor belt, which construction and calculation was my task.
