Abstract:
Bakalářská práce zahrnuje popis biovín nejen v rámci legislativy České republiky, ale i Evropské unie. Dále tato práce charakterizuje problematiku pěstování révy vinné v ekologickém zemědělství a možné postupy výroby biovína. This bachelor's thesis aimed to describe organic wines not only within the legislati-on of the Czech Republic, but also the European Union. Furthermore, this work includes the issue of growing vines in organic farming and possible methods of organic wine production.
