Tato Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou zranění v kulturisice a jeho opatřením, jeho historii, samotnou příčinou vzniku zranění, jak ovlivňuje mysl, jeho základními cviky a kompenzačním cvičení. Cílem bylo v teoretické části přiblížit pojem kulturistika a vytvořit tak popis těch nejčastějších zranění. This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of injuries in cultures and its measures, its history, the cause of injury, how it affects the mind, its basic exercises and compensatory exercises. The aim in the theoretical part was to bring the concept of bodybuilding to create a description of the most common injuries.
