The incidence of selected socio-pathological phenomena in a sample of secondary school students

Abstract:

Diplomová práce řeší problematiku sociálně patologických jevů na brněnských středních odborných školách. Je zaměřena na samotné studenty, jejich názory, postoje, zkušenosti a míru informovanosti. Rovněž zkoumá otázku prevence a preventivních programů z oblasti užívaní drog a šikany. Práce je dělena na dvě hlavní části. Část teoretická, dále dělená na tři kapitoly. První kapitola vymezuje základní pojmy z oblasti sociálních patologii a z oblasti adiktologie. Kapitola druhá řeší vznik závislosti, rizikové skupiny lidi, dále pak šikanu, kyberšikanu a v neposlední řadě zneužívání virtuálních drog. Třetí kapitola objasňuje pojem prevence a programy s ní spojené, jako například peer program aj. Čtvrtá kapitola reprezentující praktickou část práce nás seznámí s výzkumem, prováděným kvantitativní formou na 9 brněnských středních školách formou dotazníku a jeho výsledky.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of the social – pathological phenomena at |Brno professional secondary schools. It focuses on students themselves, their opinions, attitudes, experience and the level of awareness. It also examines the question of prevention and prevention programs in the area of drug abuse and bullying. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoritical part is further divided into three chapters. The first chapter defines the main concepts of social pathology and addictology. The second chapter deals with the emergence of addiction, risk groups of people, as well as bullying, cyberbullying, and last but not least, abuse of virtual drugs. The third chapter specifies the concept of prevention and the related programs, e.g., peer program, etc. The forth chapter representing the practical part of the thesis informs about the research perfomed by the quantitative form at nine Brno secondary schools by means of a questionnaire and about its results.
