Abstract:

The intention of the bachelor work “Sources of Slovak law“ is to point at mutual connections, differences and relations between sources of domestic law and sources of international and European law. The work analyzes domestic sources of law, i.e. forms in which the positive law is contained - juridical customs, case authorities, normative pacts, normative juridical acts, general juridical principles and law teaching. The basic source of Slovak law is a normative judicial act, edited by subjects, which are making law. It sectionalizes normative juridical acts from different points of view. In further sections it describes sources of the Slovak, international and European law.

Abstract:

Cieľom bakalárskej práce Pramene slovenského práva bolo poukázať na vzájomné súvislosti, odlišnosti a vzťah medzi prameňmi vnútroštátneho práva k prameňom medzinárodného a európskeho práva. Práca rozoberá vnútroštátne pramene práva, t.j. formy v ktorých je obsiahnuté platné právo - právne obyčaje, precedensy , normatívne zmluvy, normatívne právne akty, všeobecné právne princípy a právnu náuku. Základným prameňom práva v Slovenskej republike je normatívny právny akt vydávaný subjektmi tvorby práva. Normatívne právne akty člení z rôznych hľadísk. V ďalších častiach opisuje pramene slovenského, medzinárodného a európskeho práva.
