Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou sexuálně motivovaných deliktů. Jejím cílem bylo, co možná nejkomplexnější shrnutí zmiňované problematiky. Práce proto obsahuje stručný úvod do tématu mravnostní kriminality, dále pak část fenomenologickou a etiologickou skládající se z kapitol o pachatelích a obětech tohoto druhu kriminality. This thesis deals with the topic of sexually motivated crimes. The aim of the thesis is to bring a comprehensive overview about mentioned topic. The thesis contains brief introduction followed by chapters considering phenomenology and etiology including offender and victims of sex offences.
