Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce má název Možnosti aplikace kompenzačních cvičení do tělesné přípravy příslušníků Policie ČR. Rozdělena je standardně na teoretickou a praktickou část. V části teoretické je popsána charakteristika vybraných pracovních zařazení, funkce služební přípravy v rámci Policie ČR a formy kompenzačních cvičení využitelných pro sestavení vhodných kompenzačně pohybových cviků. V části praktické nalezneme výběr testovacích metod a jejich popis, vstupní testování vybraných probandů, aplikace vhodného pohybově kompenzačního cvičebního programu, výstupní testování vybraných probandů a vyhodnocení vhodnosti využití aplikovaných pohybově kompenzačních prvků v cvičební programu. Součástí praktické části je i popis a fotodokumentace pohybově kompenzačního programu, který bude následně využit v rámci služební přípravy krajského ředitelství policie Plzeňského kraje.

Abstract:

This bachelorś thesis is called "Possibilities of application of compensatory exercises to the physical training of members of the Police of the Czech Republic. I tis dividend into standard theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the characteristics of selected job classifications, the fiction of service training within the Police of the Czech Republic and the forms of compensatory exercises usable for the compilation of suitable movement compensatory exercises. In the practical part we will find a selection of the methods and thein description , input testing of selected probands, application of a suitable movement compensation exercise program, output testing of selected probands and evaluation of the suitablity of the use of applied motion compensation elements in the exercise program. Part of the practical part i salso a description and photo documentation of the movement compensation program, which will then be used in the training of the Regional Police Directorate of the Pilsen Region.
