Acquisition of tangible fixed assets from the perspective of companies

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit možnosti pořízení dlouhodobého hmotného majetku z pohledu českých podnikatelských subjektů. Teoretická část práce se zabývá definicí dlouhodobého majetku plynoucí z právních norem České republiky, jeho způsoby oceňování a odpisování. Dále jsou popsány vybrané způsoby pořízení majetku s jejich účetními a daňovými aspekty. Praktická část analyzuje pořízení dlouhodobého majetku vlastními zdroji, úvěrem a leasingem a vyhodnocuje nejlepší způsob pořízení s ohledem na výsledek hospodaření zvolené účetní jednotky.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor’s thesis is to evaluate the possibilities of acquiring long-term tangible assets from the perspective of Czech business entities. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the definition of long-term assets resulting from the legal norms of the Czech Republic, its valuation and depreciation methods. Next, selected methods of asset acquisition with their accounting and tax aspects are described. The practical part analyses the acquisition of long-term assets with own resources, loan and leasing and evaluates the best method of acquisition with regard to the economic results of the selected accounting unit.
