Bakalářská práce se zabývá systémem odměňování pracovníků v konkrétním podniku JEDNOTA SD ve Volyni. Tato společnost se zabývá maloobchodním prodejem. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část bakalářské práce, tedy teoreticko – metodologická se zaměřuje na vysvětlení základních pojmů na danou problematiku. Bachelor thesis deals with the system od remuneration of employees in the specific enterprise JEDNOTA, SD in Volyně. This company occupies with retail sales. The work is divided into two parts.
