Tato diplomová práce se zabývá použitím méně běžné instrumentace pro spojení kapilární elektroforézy s hmotnostní spektrometrií v tzv. bezelektrodovém uspořádání. This Master’s thesis deals with usage of less frequent instrumentation for coupling capillary electrophoresis with mass spectrometry: electrodeless interface. Electrospray is used as an ion source in the instrumentation.
