Analysis of the budget of the city of Česká Třebová in the years 2010-2019

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat, zanalyzovat a zhodnotit rozpočtové hospodaření města Česká Třebová v letech 2010 – 2019. Práce používá metodu literární rešerše, metodu analýzy sestavování a plnění rozpočtu a metodu SWOT analýzy. Za pomocí těchto metod práce představuje, jak město získává a nakládá se svými financemi a co dělá pro svůj rozvoj, který by měl vést zejména k získání nových obyvatel také ke zvýšení životní úrovně stávajících obyvatel. Na základě provedených analýz práce dochází k závěru, že rozpočtové hospodaření města je optimální a finance jsou používány na potřebné a vhodné investice. Práce závěrem poskytuje doporučení, která by mohla městu Česká Třebová pomoci z hlediska jeho financování a zkvalitnění služeb pro občany.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe, analyze and evaluate the budget management of the city of Česká Třebová in the years 2010 - 2019. The work uses the method of literary research, the method of analysis of budgeting and implementation and the method of SWOT analysis. With the help of these methods of work, it represents how the city obtains and manages its finances and what it does for its development, which should lead, in particular, to the acquisition of new inhabitants and also to an increase in the living standards of the existing inhabitants. Based on the performed analyzes of the work, it is concluded that the budget management of the city is optimal and the funds are used for necessary and appropriate investments. In conclusion, the work provides recommendations that could help the city of Česká Třebová in terms of its financing and improvement of services for citizens.
