Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá nezaměstnaností žen s dětmi do 11 let. V této práci identifikuji některé ze základních omezujících faktorů, které limitují ženy s dětmi při hledání si zaměstnání. Součástí této práce je kvalitativní výzkum obsahující rozhovory s matkami, jež mají s nezaměstnaností zkušenosti, nebo se jich přímo dotýká. Bachelor thesis deals with women's unemployment with children till age of 11 years. In this thesis I try to identify most limitation factors in finding the job. Part of the thesis is qualitative research which includes interviews with unemployed mothers and mothers who have experience with unemployment.
