Selected aspects of the authority of the teacher 2nd Primary schools

Abstract:

V bakalářské práci se zabýváme problematikou vnímaní různých forem autority pedagoga u dospívajících dětí z prostředí vyloučených lokalit. V teoretické části se zaměřujeme na problematiku pojetí školy jako výchovně vzdělávací instituce, autority pedagoga, kázně, pedagogické interakce, komunikace mezi pedagogem a dítětem atd. Sekundárně se rovněž zabýváme mravním jednáním, které s tímto tématem úzce souvisí. Cílem výzkumného šetření je zjistit rozdíl jakým způsobem vnímají autoritu děti z běžného prostředí oproti dětem z vyloučeného prostředí a které prvky autoritu podle nich posilují. Výzkumný vzorek je tvořen dětmi 2. stupně základních škol, které jsou spádové pro sociálně vyloučené lokality, kontrolním vzorkem jsou žáci druhého stupně běžných škol. Výzkum bude mít kvantitativní charakter a jako metodu zkoumání jsme zvolili dotazník. Na podkladě zjištění budou provedena vyhodnocení, interpretace a budou formulována doporučení pro praktickou aplikaci navržených opatření směřujících k posílení autority pedagoga u dané cílové skupiny.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the perception of various forms of teacher´s authority at teenagers from excluded localities. The theoretical part is focused on issues such as the concept of school educational institution, teacher´s authority, discipline, educational interaction, communication between a teacher and a student etc. Secondarily, it also covers moral conduct that this topic is closely related to. The aim of the research is to find out the difference in the perception of the authority of children from the ordinary environment compared to the children from excluded environment. This research also tries to determine which elements reinforce the authority. The research sample consists of 2nd grade elementary school students from schools in socially excluded localities; the control sample are mainstream school students. The research is quantitative and questionnaires are chosen for exploring. Evaluation and interpretation is made on the basis of the findings. Recommendations will be formulated for the practical application of the proposed measures aimed at strengthening the authority of the teacher with the target group.
