Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je složena ze dvou částí (teoretické a empirické). Teoretická část pojednává o základních komponentech výživy.Cílem bylo zjistit stravovací návyky a zhodnotit množství konzumace kávy.V závěru je zmíněno kouření a rizika z něj a vliv směnného provozu.Výsledkem bakalářské práce bylo zjištění, že sestry se zajímají o zdravou výživu,stravují se nepravidelně a jí ve spěchu. Abstract:
The bachelor theisis consists of two parts (theoretical and empirical). The theoretical part deals about the basic nutriet. The aim was to find rating habits and assess the amount of coffee consumption. In the end, smoking and the risks from it are meant and the impact of the shift operation.
