Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou znevýhodněného segmentu v cestovním ruchu, a to osobami neslyšícími a osobami s jiným sluchovým postižením. Cílem práce je najít vhodná a efektivní řešení pro zpřístupnění služeb v cestovním ruchu pro osoby se sluchovým postižením. Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the issue of disadvantaged segment of tourism, namely the deaf and hard of hearing people. The goal is to find suitable solutions for accessibility for them in tourism. The first chapter focuses on tourism for all, distinguishes terms as accessible and social tourism and looks for barriers and opportunities on both the supply and demand side.
