Tato bakalářské práce se zabývá přípravou organických a anorganických mikrovzorků o přesně definovaných nanolitrových objemech a jejich analýzou pomocí hmotnostní spektrometrie MALDI (laserová desorpce/ionizace za účasti matrice) a SALD ICP (laserová desorpce za účasti substrátu ve spojení s indukčně vázaným plazmatem). Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with preparation of organic and inorganic microsamples with precisely defined nanolitre volumes and their analysis using MALDI MS (matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionisation mass spectrometry) and SALD ICP MS (substrate-assisted laser desorption inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry).
