Proposal to optimise the transfer process in the organisation AC Sparta Praha

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá popisem, analýzou a následnou optimalizací procesů fotbalových přestupů ve slavném fotbalovém klubu AC Sparta Praha, který je historicky nejúspěšnějším klubem v zemi. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na obecné pojmy v oblasti managementu, popisu procesů, procesní analýzy a následné optimalizace procesů, s důrazem na fotbalový kontext. Analýza vybraných procesů v AC Sparta Praha poskytuje přehled o samotném klubu, včetně jeho vlastnictví, historie a ukázky úspěšných přestupů z perspektivy prodávající strany. Autor práce dále popisuje vybrané procesy a provádí procesní analýzy jednotlivých částí procesů, doplněné o polostrukturované rozhovory s osobnostmi, které se podílely na těchto procesech. Na základě zjištěných nedostatků a slabých stránek navrhuje autor diplomové práce optimalizaci v několika oblastech.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the description, analysis and subsequent optimization of football transfer processes in the famous football club AC Sparta Prague, which is historically the most successful club in the country. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on general management concepts, process description, process analysis and subsequent process optimization, with an emphasis on the football context. The analysis of selected processes at AC Sparta Prague provides an overview of the club itself, including its ownership, history and examples of successful transfers from the perspective of the selling party. The author of the thesis further describes the selected processes and conducts process analyses of each part of the processes, supplemented by semi-structured interviews with personalities involved in these processes. Based on the identified gaps and weaknesses, the author of the thesis proposes optimization in several areas.
