Sociometry as a method of congnition and creation of teams

Abstract:

In my final bachelor's work entitled Sociometry as a method of cognition and creation of teams, I decided to focus on small social groups and on the sociometry as a method for identifying the structure of small social groups. The aim of the work was to find out and to record relationships between group members, group structure and position of individuals in the group in a particular small social group, with the help of selected sociometric techniques. In the first two parts I was examining in detail the small social groups – characteristics, characters, their structure. In the next part, I paid attention to the attractiveness and leadership. In the penultimate part, I focused on the Sociometry itself. Right at the beginning of this section, I mentioned J. L. Moreno, who had laid the foundations of sociometry. I was writing about the very sociometry and I also analyzed the sociogram, the sociometric matrix and the sociometric index. In the last part using sociometric test I applied the method on the survey sample.

Abstract:

V mojej záverečnej bakalárskej práci s názvom Sociometria ako metóda poznávania a vytvárania tímov, som sa rozhodol venovať malým sociálnym skupinám a sociometrií ako metóde pri zisťovaní štruktúry malých sociálnych skupín. Cieľom práce bolo na základe vybraných sociometrických metód zistiť a zaznamenať v konkrétnej malej sociálnej skupine vzájomné vzťahy členov skupiny, štruktúru skupiny a postavenie jednotlivcov v skupine. V prvých dvoch častiach som podrobne rozobral malé sociálne skupiny – charakteristika, znaky, ich členenie, štruktúru. V nasledujúcej časti som sa venoval atraktivite a vodcovstvu. V predposlednej časti som sa zameral na sociometriu ako takú. Hneď na úvod tejto časti som spomenul J. L. Morena, ktorý položil základy sociometrie, písal som o samotnej sociometrií, taktiež som rozobral sociogram, sociometrickú maticu i sociometrický index. V poslednej časti za použitia sociometrického testu som uplatnil sociometrické metódy na prieskumnej vzorke.
