Proposal to Improve the Current System of Remuneration of Employees
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na systém odměňování v podniku. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy týkající se odměňování. V praktické části je analyzován stávající systém odměňování. Analytická část práce je prováděna za pomoci dotazníkového šetření. Na základě zjištěných nedostatků systému odměňování jsou navrženy změny k jeho zlepšení.

Bachelor thesis is focused on a new system of revenues among employees in company. In theoretical part are described basic terms regarding with revenue distribution. Practical part is aimed on current system of revenue distribution. Analytical part of my research is based on questionnaire form.
