Sociální dialog v českém pracovním právu a jeho limitující faktory

The Social Dialogue in the Czech Labour Law and its Limiting Factors
Abstract:
Ve své bakalářské práci jsem se věnovala sociálnímu dialogu v pracovním právu. Po obecném úvodu se věnuji sociálnímu dialogu v pracovním právu České republiky a jeho právním rámci. Pokračuji pojmy kolektivní vyjednávání a kolektivní smlouvy, které úzce souvisí se sociálním dialogem.
Abstract:
The goal this bachelor work is to present social dialogue in emloyement law. After the general introduction, I deal with social dialog in emloyement law in Czech republic and his legal framework. I get on with concept collective bargaining and collective agreement. These concepts greately are connected with social dialogue.
