Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část se věnuje stárnutí a stáří, kvalitě života seniorů, aktivnímu stárnutí a aktivitám seniorů, ale především tvořivosti, jeho rozvoji, významu, tvůrčímu procesu a myšlení, charakteristice tvůrčí osobnosti a také faktorům ovlivňujících tvořivost.
