Marketing analysis of ice hockey club HC Bílí tygři Liberec

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na marketingovou analýzu hokejového klubu. V teoretická části je popisována historie sportu a hokeje, následně organizační struktura sportu a marketingové přístupy ve sportovní sféře, financování klubů, ale i marketingový mix obecně. Ve druhé, praktické části, za pomoci osobních konzultací, klubového časopisu a internetových stránek byly poznatky aplikovány do zmíněných metod a přístupů. Z těchto poznatků byl vytvořený závěr, kde jsou zmíněny slabé stránky a doporučení k jejich napravení a zlepšení fungování klubu. Práce by měla sloužit klubu, jako nezávislý pohled na jeho situaci, ale i široké veřejnosti, aby si udělal obrázek o hospodaření a přístupech klubu.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on a marketing analysis of a hockey club. The theoretical part describes the history of the sport, and hockey, then the organizational structure of sport and marketing approaches in the sports sector, financing of clubs, but also the marketing mix in general. In the second part, with the help of personal consultations, club magazine and applied to these methods and approaches. From these findings the conclusion was created, which are mentioned weaknesses and recommendations for correcting and improving the functioning of the club. Work should serve the club as an independent view of the situation, and the general public to have my view of management and approaches club.
