Abstract:

Vybrala jsem si téma Mé místo je tento svět. Umožnilo mi to věnovat se tvořivě problematice kůrovce. Lesy v kraji Vysočina téměř zničil kůrovec. Chtěla jsem umístit plastiky do zničené krajiny a poukázat tak na tragickou situaci. Zároveň jsem chtěla vyjádřit naději ve schopnost přírody obnovovat se za pomoci člověka i bez něj. Spojila jsem tak svoji lásku k land artu, plastikám a mému oblíbenému místu, kde byly všechny stromy vykáceny. Jedná se o oblast údolí řeky Brtnice u města Jihlavy. Objekty jsem tvořila z pletiva, sádry a kůry z pokácených stromů. Experimentovala jsem s přírodním materiálem nalezeným při instalaci. Velkou roli v mém díle hrála improvizace a náhoda. Kvůli měnícímu se počasí a práci lesních dělníků byl prostor vždy jiný. Instalace probíhaly od podzimu 2019 do jara 2020. Rozmístění objektů po krajině tvořilo při každé instalaci "cestu", která vedla diváky přírodou. Práce má inspirovat k zamyšlení nad obnovou přírody.

Abstract:

I chose theme My place is this world. I could deal creatively with the bark beetle issue. The forests in Vysočina region were nearly destroyed. I wanted to place the sculptures in ruined landscape and point out the tragic situation. In the same time I wanted to express hope in nature ability to restore itself with a human help or without it. I connected my love for land art, sculptures and my favourite place where all the trees were cut down. It is the area of the Brtnice river valley near the town of Jihlava. Objects are made of fencing, gypsum and bark from cut trees. I also experimented with natural material found during installation. Improvisation and coincidence were big part of my work. Landscape was changing all the time because of work forest workers and different weather. Installations took place from autumn 2019 to spring 2020. The placement of objects across the landscape formed a "path" which led spectators through the nature. The work should inspire people to think over nature restoration.
