Diplomová práce se zabývá některými vybranými odklony v trestním řízení. Autor se v práci zaměřil na instituty podmíněného zastavení trestního stíhání, podmíněného odložení podání návrhu na potrestání a dohody o vině a trestu. The diploma thesis deals with some selected diversions in criminal proceedings. The author focused on the institutes of conditional suspension of criminal prosecution, conditional postponement of the filing of a motion for punishment and plea bargaining.
