Management of commercial space owned by the city Stochov
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá možnosti obecní samosprávy jako vlastníka nebytových prostor a příležitosti jejich využití. V teoretické části se věnuje zejména právnímu rámci této problematiky, jeho historickému vývoji a současnému stavu. Praktická část analyzuje rozvoj nájemního vztahu posledních let a možný způsob nakládání s těmito prostory.
Abstract:
This thesis explores the possibilities of municipal government as the owner of commercial space and opportunities for their use. The theoretical part is devoted mainly to the legal framework of the issue , its historical development and current status. The practical part analyzes the development of the last years of the lease and possible ways of dealing with these areas.
