Customer satisfaction analysis of the Vertikon-Singing Rock climbing center

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje úroveň spokojenosti návštěvníků lezeckého centra Vertikon - Singing Rock Zlín. V teoretické části jsou definovány pojmy jako marketing, služba, zákazník a spokojenost zákazníka. Část je věnována i sportovnímu lezení. Praktická část bakalářské práce se zaměřuje na dosažení cílů a použitou metodiku výzkumu. Poté se detailně zabývá analýzou Lezeckého centra Vertikon - Singing rock, zahrnující základní údaje o centru, nabízené služby, marketingovou komunikaci, cenovou politiku a SWOT analýzu, která identifikuje silné stránky, slabé stránky, příležitosti a hrozby pro toto lezecké centrum. Pro sběr dat byla použita metoda dotazníkového šetření. Výsledky dotazníku odhalily nejslabší místa zejména v oblasti marketingové komunikace, dále obměny lezeckých cest, jejich čistota a stav jistících lan. Závěr práce stanovuje doporučení, která by měla vést ke zvýšení spokojenosti návštěvníků. Mezi doporučené body patří inovace webových stránek, rozšíření nabídky služeb a zaměření se na lepší kvalitu lezeckých cest.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis analyses the level of satisfaction of visitors of the Vertikon - Singing Rock Zlín climbing centre. In the theoretical part, concepts such as marketing, service, customer and customer satisfaction are defined. The part is also devoted to sport climbing. The practical part of the bachelor thesis focuses on the achievement of the objectives and the research methodology used. It then looks in detail at the analysis of the Vertikon Climbing Centre - Singing Rock, including basic data about the centre, services offered, marketing communication, pricing policy and a SWOT analysis that identifies the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for this climbing centre. A questionnaire survey method was used for data collection. The results of the questionnaire revealed the weakest points especially in the area of marketing communication, as well as the renewal of climbing routes, their cleanliness and the condition of belay ropes. The conclusion of the paper sets out recommendations that should lead to increased visitor satisfaction. Recommended points include upgrading the website, expanding the range of services and focusing on better quality climbing routes.
