Abstract:
Moje bakalářská práce s názvem "Anglo - americký a český (kontinentální) trestní proces" obsahuje stručný popis historie trestního procesu obou právních systémů, další kapitoly pojednávají o pramenech a zásadách jednotlivých systémů a dále následuje rozbor jednotlivých fází trestního procesu obou systémů. V poslední části je provedena srovnávací analýza obou systémů.
Abstract:
This thesis , entitled " Anglo - American and Czech (continental ) criminal process " provides a brief description of the history of criminal procedure of both legal systems , other chapters deal with the sources and principles of each system, followed by an analysis of the various stages of the Criminal Process of both systems. The last part is a comparative analysis of both systems.
