Acquisition, choice and adaptation of employees as a basis for the strategic management of human resources in MSP

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce vychází z problematiky řízení lidských zdrojů. V úvodní části práce jsou popsána teoretická východiska a vymezeny pojmy související s tématem, jako způsoby získávání, výběr a adaptace zaměstnanců. V praktické části je analyzován proces personálních činností v rámci působnosti Hasičského záchranného sboru Středočeského kraje a zhodnocení návrhů možných opatřeních vedoucích ke zlepšení součinnosti mezi spolupracujícími odděleními a územními odbory.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis is based on the issue of human resource management. In the first part describes the theoretical background and defines terms related to topics such as ways of acquiring, selection and adaptation of employees. The practical part analyzes the process of staffing activities within the scope of the Fire Rescue Service of the Central Region and the evaluation of proposals for possible measures to improve the synergy between the cooperating departments and territorial departments.
