Analysis of stress factors and their impact on employee performance in a specific company

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vlivu stresu na výkonnost zaměstnanců v konkrétní firmě. Cílem práce je identifikovat konkrétní stresové faktory a analyzovat jejich projevy a dopady na jednotlivce. Dále se práce zaměřuje na hodnocení vlivu stresu na výkon a spokojenost zaměstnanců a zkoumá korelaci mezi stresem a fluktuací v týmu. Pro dosažení těchto cílů byla použita metoda polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s pěti zaměstnanci konkrétní společnosti. V teoretické části jsou představeny základní pojmy a koncepty související se stresem v pracovním prostředí. Výstupem práce jsou konkrétní doporučení, jak minimalizovat vliv a úroveň stresu a pozitivně tak ovlivnit výkonnost i fluktuaci zaměstnanců v týmu.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of the impact of stress on employee performance in a specific company. The aim of the thesis is to identify specific stress factors and analyse their manifestations and effects on individuals. Furthermore, the thesis focuses on assessing the impact of stress on employee performance and satisfaction and examines the correlation between stress and team turnover. To achieve these objectives, a semi-structured interview method was used with five employees of a specific company. In the theoretical part, basic terms and concepts related to stress in the work environment are introduced. The output of the thesis are specific recommendations on how to minimize the impact and level of stress and thus positively influence the performance and turnover of employees in the team.
