Abstract:
Předmětem diplomové práce je téma Soudců a sociálních médií. Úvodem je prostor sociálních sítí představen, vysvětleny jsou relevantní termíny a zhodnoceny jsou některé případy ze soudní praxe. Následuje rozbor soudcovské nestrannosti, nezávislosti a důstojnosti z hlediska Českého právního řádu, ústavněprávní teorie a hrozeb vycházejících ze sociálních sítí. Subject matter of this thesis is a topic of Judges and Social Media. Opening part is dedicated to introduction of social networks, explanation of relevant terms and evaluation of several court cases.
