Communication Skills In Practice Social Workers

Abstract:

Ve své bakalářské práci popisuji komunikační dovednosti s přihlédnutím k praxi sociálních pracovníků. V první kapitole se věnuji komunikaci z obecného hlediska, v němž nahlížím na historický a společenský význam komunikace, společně se všemi znaky, kterými je doprovázena. V kapitole druhé se má práce zaměřuje na komunikaci sociálních pracovníků a typologii klientů, s nimiž se mohou ve své praxi nejčastěji setkávat. Zároveň jsou zde popsány postupy, jimiž je možno se v komunikaci s lidmi s postižením řídit či dbát určitých doporučení. Kapitola poslední nabízí přehled možností, jak vlastní komunikační dovednosti zlepšovat, vést efektivní rozhovor či předcházet neúspěchům.

Abstract:

In my thesis I describe the communication skills with reference to the practice of social workers. The first chapter is devoted to communication in general terms, in which looking at the historical and social significance of communication, along with all the characters, which is accompanied. In Chapter Two, the work has focused on communication and social workers typology of clients, who may in his practice frequently encounter. At the same time, there are described the procedures to be in communication with people with disabilities to drive or take care of certain recommendations. Last chapter gives an overview of ways to improve their own communication skills, conduct effective interviews or to prevent failure.
