Abstract:

Tato práce nese podtitul ?Morální filosofie Immanuela Kanta a její kritika Bernardem Williamsem?. Nejprve se zabývá vyložením Kantovy morální filosofie s přiblížením typických kantovských pojmů, jako jsou např. vůle, svoboda, inteligibilní a smyslový svět aj. V následující části je tento morální systém zpochybněn pomocí výtek Bernarda Williamse, které se týkají zejména role emocí, lidské přirozenosti a osobitosti, kantovského důrazu na nestrannost a čistotu morálky atd. Poslední část je zformulovaná do několika bodů, které se vyjadřují k některým částem Williamsovy kritiky a snaží se je vyvrátit. Nápomocná je zde zejména Barbara Herman, jež pokládá Williamsovu kritiku za nesprávnou. Poslední část se vrací k předchozí kapitole a věnuje se zejména problému emocí, jejichž roli v kantovské morální filosofii Williams podceňuje a v morálce obecně nadhodnocuje, problému mezilidských vztahů či problému nestrannosti. Na těchto základních oddílech se snaží práce dokázat, že Williamsova kritika není zcela oprávněná a Kantovu morální filosofii nemusí poškodit či vyvrátit.

Abstract:

This thesis has the sub-title called ?The moral philosophy of Immanuel Kant and its criticism by Bernard Williams. ?At first it deals with interpretation of Kant´s moral philosophy, focusing on the typical Kant´s definitions like will, freedom, recognizable and sensual world etc. This moral conception is infirmed by Bernard Williams ´reproofs in the following chapter. His reproofs concern the signification of emotions, human naturalism and individuality. These reproofs are also aimed at the Kant´s emphasis on objectiveness and purity of the morality. The last part is formulated into several articles which try to disprove Williams´ statements. Barbara Herman´s attitude is very helpful, because she considers Williams´ critique as incorrect. The last part returns to the previous chapter and is aimed on the issue of emotions, which significance is underestimated by Williams, for the purpose of the Kant´s moral conception, but it is overestimated regarding the morality. This part is also focused on the issue of the interhuman relationships and the topic of the objectiveness. To sum up, the purpose of my thesis is to prove the incorrectness of Williams´ critique and to give an evidence, that Kant´s conception of moral philosophy is rightful.
