Methods and Procedures Used in Forensic Identification

Abstract:

Tuto diplomovou práci pod názvem „Metody a postupy využívané v kriminalistické identifikaci“ zaměřím na kriminalistické metody a postupy, které se využívají při identifikaci osob a věcí. Toto téma jsem si vybrala, jelikož je velice rozmanité, aktuální a velice mě zajímá. V první kapitole charakterizuji identifikaci jako takovou, vymezuji zde základní pojmy identifikace. Ve druhé kapitole se věnuji konkrétně kriminalistické identifikaci osob, kde vymezuji vybrané metody a postupy, které vedou k identifikaci osob. Třetí kapitola je konkrétně věnována kriminalistické identifikaci věcí. Čtvrtá kapitola se skládá ze dvou kazuistik, kdy tato kapitola je brána jako praktická část této diplomové práce. Ve čtvrté kapitole se věnuji dvěma kazuistikám, u kterých jsem určila metody a postupy, které vedly k individuální identifikaci pachatele trestného činu. Cílem mé práce je vymezení pojmů kriminalisticky a zjištění důležitosti a potřebnosti využívaných kriminalistických metod.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis called "Methods and Procedures Used in Criminalistic Identification". I will focus my work on forensic methods and procedures that are used to identify people and things. I chose this topic because it is very diverse, current and very interested. In the first chapter I characterize the identification itself, I define the basic terms of identification. In the second chapter I deal specifically with criminalistic identification of persons, where I define selected methods and procedures that lead to identification of persons. The third chapter is specifically devoted to the criminalistic identification of things. The fourth chapter consists of two case reports, when this chapter is created as a practical part of this thesis. In the fourth chapter I deal with two case reports, in which I have determined the methods and procedures that led to the individual identification of the offender. The aim of my work is to define the terms criminalistic and to find out the importance and necessity of the used criminalistic methods.
