Specifika sociální práce s mladistvými v NZDM Džagoda

Abstract:

V absolventské práci se zabývám problematikou nízkoprahových zařízení, která jsou stále diskutována a nejsou vždy pochopena. V teoretické části jsou zahrnuty specifika práce s rizikovou mládeží, Romové jako specifické etnikum, streetwork jako prodloužená ruka nízkoprahových služeb a popis práce na ulici, nízkoprahové služby jejich vývoj a historie a v neposlední řadě metodicky popsaná práce v Nízkoprahovém zařízení Džagoda (dále jen NZDM Džagoda). V empirické části je využito kvalitativní šetření a jeho metoda polostrukturovaného rozhovoru se sociálními pracovníky na základě pozorování práce v NZDM Džagoda. Cílem je zjistit motivaci sociálních pracovníků k práci v NZDM Džagoda a specifika práce s mladistvými v NZDM Džagoda z pohledu sociálních pracovníků.

Abstract:

In postgraduate work with the problems of low-threshold facilities, which are still discussed and not always understood. The theoretical parts include specific work with at-risk youth, Roma as a different ethnicity, streetwork as an extended arm of low-threshold services and description of work on the street, low-threshold services for development and history and last but not least . In the empirical parts there is a qualitative survey and its method of semi-structured interview with social workers based on the observation of work in NZDM Džagoda. Look for the motivation of social workers to work in NZDM Džagoda and the specifics of working with young people in NZDM Džagoda from the point of view of social workers.
