Diplomová práce Glutaman – stravovací návyky spojené s jeho aplikací se zabývá problematikou glutamanu, jako přídatné látky v potravinách. Práce je rozdělena na tři části. The diploma thesis Glutamate - eating habits associated with its application deals with the issue of glutamate as a food additive. The thesis is divided into three parts. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis contains general information about glutamic acid, monosodium glutamate, food additives, flavor enhancers and the fifth taste of umami.
