Bakalářská práce se zabývá spokojeností zákazníků s hotelovou restaurací Praděd Thamm ve Zlatých Horách. Cílem práce je analyzovat spokojenost zákazníků a navrhnout změny, které navýší návštěvnost zákazníků a jejich spokojenost. The bachelor thesis deals with customer satisfaction with the hotel restaurant Praděd Thamm in Zlaté Hory. The aim of the thesis is to analyse customer satisfaction and suggest changes that will increase customer traffic and customer satisfaction.
