Předmětem této práce je ukázat možné způsoby přístupu k mladým fotbalistům, co se komunikace a koučinku trenéra týče. V první části práce objasňuji teoretická vymezení didaktických a řídících stylů vedení týmu a problematiku koučinku. The point of this essay is to show possible ways to approach young footballers and the communication of coach and his coaching.
