Collaborative media as a means of remediation of the business sphere

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se ve dvou hlavních částech věnuje problematice médií umožňujících spolupráci, tzv. kolaborativních médií, a jejich reálnému používání v prostředí firmy podnikající v oboru informačních technologií (IT) a firmy podnikající výhradně v online prostoru. První, teoretická část přinese syntézu současného stavu poznání v oblasti remediace, automatizace procesů, robotizace, průmyslu 4.0, kolaborativních médií jako části médií sociálních. V části druhé, praktické si práce klade výzkumnou otázku zda a v jaké míře se média užívaná pro potřeby podnikání firem měnila, jak korelují jejich původní a současné podoby s původními a současnými podmínkami v prostředí firem, která bude spolu s otázkami dílčími zkoumána a zodpovídána na základě poznatků z části první, jakož i na základě reálných firemních dat a terénního šetření ve společnostech NNIT Czech Republic a Ofigo.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the narratives of media enabling cooperation, also known as collaborative media, and their real usage in the environment of an information technology (IT) company and a company having business exclusively in the online space. The first, theoretical, chapter brings a summary of sources speaking about remediation, process automatization, robotics, Industry 4.0 and collaborative media as a part of social media. In the second part, practical part, the work raises the main research question: „Whether and to what extent the media used for business purposes have changed and what is the correlation in between their former and current forms and the former and current conditions in the business environment.“ This question alongside the partial questions is examined and answered based on the first part’s findings and the basis of a real company data together with on-premise research in the company NNIT Czech Republic and Ofigo company.
