Diplomová práce se zabývá postoji učitelů, kteří nemají dostatečnou kvalifikaci, k novele Zákona o pedagogických pracovnících. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a empirickou. The thesis examines the attitude of under-qualified teachers towards the amendment to the Act on Education Professionals. The paper is divided in two parts: theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part examines the role of a teacher today, the history of teachers’ education along with educational opportunities for future teachers at present time.
