Analysis of the use of brownfields in the Děčín district

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku lokalit typu brownfields a analyzuje vybrané objekty v okrese Děčín. V úvodu práce jsou popsány teoretické základy pojmu brownfields, jejich klasifikace a okruh problematiky objektů, které ztratily své původní funkční využití. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na samotné procesy revitalizace, faktory které procesy ovlivňují, problémy s nimi související a důvody, zaměřuje se na možnosti financování revitalizací a definuje aktuální situaci v České republice. V další části je představena metodika práce a je charakterizováno řešené území a vybraných brownfields, které byly na základě vlastní analýzy lokalizovány a zpracovány. V závěru práce jsou představeny vybrané příklady úspěšně revitalizovaných lokalit typu brownfields. Cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza objektů definovaných pod pojmem brownfields v okrese Děčín. K analyzování lokalit byly využity příklady dobré praxe. Byly vymezeny faktory (lokalita, existence ekologické zátěže, dopravní dostupnost, potenciál budoucího využití, zdroje financování a vhodný způsob financování), které jsou předpokladem úspěchu procesů revitalizací a pokud jsou dodrženy, revitalizace je úspěšná.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of brownfields and analyzes selected buildings in the district of Děčín. The introduction describes the theoretical foundations of the concept of brownfields, their classification and the range of issues of objects that have lost their original functional use. The second part of the work is focused on individual revitalization processes, factors that affect the processes, problems related to them and reasons. The second part also focuses on the possibilities of financing revitalization and defines the current situation in the Czech Republic. The next part presents the methodology of the work and characterizes the solved area and selected brownfields, which were based on their own analysis located and processed. At the end of the work, selected examples of successful revitalized brownfields are presented. The aim of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of objects defined under the term brownfields in the district of Děčín. We used examples of good practice to analyze the sites. Factors (location, existence of environmental burden, transport accessibility, potential for future use, sources of financing and appropriate method of financing) have been identified, which are a prerequisite for the success of revitalization processes and, if complied with, revitalization is successful.
