Práce se věnuje analýze komunikační systémů veřejné správy ČR a EU zaměřených na civilní ochranu a krizové řízení a současně i informační bezpečnosti v ČR. Popisuje existující systémy stejně jako nové projekty a možnosti vývoje do budoucna. V závěru hodnotí stav v České republice a porovnává s poměry ve zbytku Evropské Unie. Subject of the thesis is to analyse public safety communication of the European Union and the Czech Republic. It also aims at the information security problem within the European union. Further it describes existing systems and introduces projects that aim to improve them in future.
