Abstract:
Bakalárska práca sumarizuje základné poznatky z práva riešenia medzinárodných sporov a oboznamuje čitateľa nielen s prostriedkami ich riešenia, ale aj s najdôležitejšími orgánmi medzinárodného súdnictva, ktoré sa touto problematikou zaoberajú. Cieľom práce je poukázať na význam medzinárodného súdnictva a orgánov medzinárodných organizácií v problematike riešenia medzinárodných sporov.
